Full Description

Antipodes is a Santa Cruz / Bill Lee custom 72 foot carbon hulled offshore racer / cruiser built in 1997. She was completely overhauled and upgraded in 2012 including generator, air con, new electronics, radar and sat phone.

She has a Hall spar carbon four spreader fractional rig with jumpers to carry masthead asymmetric spinnakers.

She is set up with a bowsprit, no spinnaker pole.

Primary winches are electric, mainsheet winch pedestal driven with ample secondary / pit winches for offshore racing.

From the Wizard yachts “Fast is Fun” pedigree of Bill Lee in1997, this Santa Cruz 72 has proven her competitiveness as a serious Offshore Racer and Racer Cruiser , both in North America and in Asia.

Since her acquisition in 2012 she has been significantly upgraded and restored to her original condition and professionally maintained.

Easily driven, she can cruise with a crew of 4-5 or Race With a crew of 12-16
